About the Course

This course equips learners with burden and epidemiology of drowning, particularly in high-risk populations. They will learn essential protocols for on-call guidance and on-scene care, including safe rescue, airway management, and early resuscitation. The course further covers enroute care strategies to maintain oxygenation and monitor deterioration. Emphasis is also placed on accurate documentation and effective handover to ensure seamless transition to definitive care.
