About the Course
Both B and T cells use surface molecules to recognize antigen. B-cell receptors can recognize an antigen alone but T cells only recognize processed antigen. The endogenous antigen after proteasome degradation is presented by MHC I molecules to CD8 cells but the exogenous is processed by endolysosomal pathway and presented by MHC II to CD4 T helper cells.-
