About the Course

Borderline personality disorder is characterized by unstable moods, behaviors and relationships. The prevalence is 7 per 1000 people in India, often seen among females. Due to instability, an individual; often experience unstable relationships and emotional pain. Therefore dialectical behavior therapy, a form of cognitive behavior evidence-based therapy is often used to manage intra and inter personal conflicts.
