About the Course
NACO has developed a comprehensive training module, covering all components of the National AIDS Control Program (NACP) including NACP genesis, programmatic and thematic chapters, finance, and procurement functions, newer strategies. This Program Management training has been designed for different cadres of officials working under NACP at National, State and District level. It is expected that the capacity building of the NACP workforce will increase the level of knowledge and enhance their Program Management skill and building the capacity on Monitoring and Supportive supervision. It will help to intensify the overall interventions to achieve the 95-95-95 target by 2025.
The module highlights the key role of NACO, SACS, TSU/SETU and DAPCU/DISHA officials all across and on all NACP components, its functions and elicit the attention of the Programme Managers to monitor and evaluate the programme, periodically with the active participation of stakeholders and communities.Earn a career certificate
