About the Course
Purpose:
Medical officers by nature of their teaching and training curriculum are not interested in administrative work. They are also are not equipped with the skills required to perform such tasks. This results in their total dependence on secretarial staff for office work, leading them off the path to achieve organisational goals. This unit aims at generating interest and providing them with sufficient knowledge and the skills required to be an equally efficient leader in respective settings.
